Booking & Passenger Requirements
Our Robinson R44 accommodates up to three (3) passengers plus the pilot, while the Robinson R66 accommodates up to four (4) passengers plus the pilot. Final capacity remains subject to passenger and baggage weight limits.
Yes. For strict aviation safety and optimal aircraft performance, the maximum weight per passenger seat is 136 kg (300 lbs). The total combined weight of all passengers and luggage must also remain within safe operational limits. Estimated passenger weights will be requested discreetly during booking.
We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your preferred time slot and allow for airspace clearance. For VIP airport transfers or urgent corporate transit, please contact our concierge team directly and we will do our best to accommodate short-notice requests.
Yes. Children over two (2) years old must occupy their own seat and be accompanied by an adult. For safety reasons, infants under two years old are not permitted on standard charter flights.
Luggage & Cargo Limits
Baggage capacity depends on the selected aircraft. The Robinson R44 has limited under-seat storage for small soft-sided bags, while the Robinson R66 includes a dedicated baggage compartment with a capacity of up to 300 lb. All baggage remains subject to total aircraft weight and balance limits.
Weather Policies & Safety
Safety is our absolute priority. If our pilot determines that heavy rain, lightning, poor visibility or other weather conditions are unsafe, we will notify you immediately. You may either reschedule to the next available slot or receive a full refund.
